Wu is making his second Championship start in 2026. His Asia-Pacific Amateur debut in Dubai was highlighted by a third-round 68 at Emirates Golf Club. Earlier this year, the University of Notre Dame commit recorded four top-10 finishes in CLPGQ events in China and was named to the International team in the Junior Presidents Cup near Chicago. In 2025, he reached the semifinals of the U.S. Junior Amateur and represented his country in the Eisenhower Trophy in Singapore.
