Ilyas is making his third Championship start in 2026. Earlier this year, he won the Punjab Amateur in Pakistan. In 2025, he won three World Amateur Golf Ranking events and recorded top-five performances in both the Pakistan National Amateur and Sri Lanka Amateur Championships.
