Selvaraj is making his first Championship start in 2025. Earlier this year, he won World Amateur Golf Ranking events in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates and finished third in the Gulf Cooperation Council Championship in Saudi Arabia. In 2024, he recorded top-15 finishes in both the Gulf Cooperation Council Championship in Qatar and the Pan Arab Championship in the United Arab Emirates.
