Mishra is making his second Championship start in 2026. In 2025 at Emirates Golf Club, he closed with three under-par rounds to finish inside the top 10 in his Asia-Pacific Amateur debut. Earlier this year, he won both the Northern India Amateur and Andhra Pradesh Amateur Championships in India and competed in the Amateur Championship in England and U.S. Junior Amateur in Pennsylvania. He won six World Amateur Golf Ranking events in both 2024 and 2025.
