Kalbat is making his second Championship start in 2025. Earlier this year, he finished ninth in the Gulf Cooperation Council Junior Championship in Saudi Arabia and competed in the Royal Junior in Japan. In March 2024, he won an event in the United Arab Emirates to earn his first World Amateur Golf Ranking points at the age of 16.
